A&A helped me with a cross-town move (10 miles) in June 2010 and did a great job. The movers arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, visually sized up what needed to be moved, then worked quickly and efficiently. They were polite, professional and very fair. They did not charge anything more than what was quoted to me, and did not drag their feet so as to charge for additional time. Both to and from locations were on the second floor and had only stairs and no elevators, but there was no extra charge or any complaints from the movers. Nothing was damaged and it was probably the smoothest moving experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this company.

The BF and I used this company to move our 2 individual houses full of stuff into the one house we now both occupy. Had no reference or info, but the fact that they're licensed, insured and BBB-recognized certainly helped. I put our details into their online form, received a phone call the following morning and felt like it was the way to go. Price was very reasonable and the service was great, by which I mean friendly but definitely on task and not chatty. They arrived with a plenty-large truck and were well-outfitted with all manner of dollies, straps, wardrobe boxes and blankets. We were pretty well-prepared and required very little aside from the obvious lifting/carrying so they just went to work. For all the stuff we had in two different locations, the entire move was knocked out in under 4 hours and not a single thing was broken or even scratched. We're both pretty hands-on and were prepared to do our own fair share of schlepping, so we only requested 2 movers and the truck. If you're unable to help much (or just lazy) I'd recommend getting 3 or 4 movers instead, though it'll up your hourly cost a bit and make tipping (which you should always do!) more expensive. But thanks to A&A for making our move more tolerable!

Excellent Moving Company!!! The team arrived 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time, and did a complete inventory before they began moving things. They were efficient, extremely careful and did a great job taking things apart and putting things back together! I highly recommend this company. A+++++++
